Despite the great success of Ron Blaauw Restaurant with two Michelin stars, Ron still listened to his inner wishes and switched to the current Ron Gastrobar concept: \u20ac15 dishes, music, different menus, cocktails and accessible. But everything of high quality! This decision was not warmly received by everyone: \u201cAfter three months almost all the staff had left,\u201d Ron says with a laugh. There are still a number of cities planned to expand! The various dishes served here together form the Ron Gastrobar Streetfood concept.
